I do not know what life the battery will hold it appears dead.
I have not tested the video recording but there is an initial recording on the tape
Condition is overall good no signs of damage, the mic has no foam on it .
I've tested the camera as much as I can it powers up & shows image through the viewer, I've had it playing the tape but it appears hit & miss how it loads the tape & gets stuck, you have to jiggle the tape door to get it to play /eject so unfortunately I've had to list it as repair or spares only
