The heel height is 1/2" if measured from the back of the heel. The insole measurement is 9.75". This style did seem to run a little small and is more similar to a US size 6. This shoe came from Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust covers. The size 36.5 shoes have never been worn.
