The leather insole is padded for comfort. The bottom is rubber so you can walk in comfort and style. The multi color laces are so striking in this most comfortable of styles. The hardware is gold. The patent leather is smooth at the toe area with the quilted patent on the sides and back. The wedge is also quilted at the back and ribbed at the toe. There is a indented "CC" on the back side. CHANEL is in red letters are the back and top of the boot. The total height is 6.25 inches including the wedge heel. The wedge heel is about 1" at the back which goes down to .75" at the toe. The inside heel to toe measurement is around 10.375". This style did not seem to run small. I think a US size 10 or 10.5 could fit into these boots. Also, it depends on whether you wear a thick or thin sock. There is plenty of room to tuck your jeans into the boots or they would look great with skirts. This shoe came from Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust covers. The size 40.5 shoes have never been worn.
