The covered heel height is 3.875" if measured from the back of the heel. The platform is 1/2 inch by the toe and 7/8 inch by the sides. This is equivalent to a 3 inch heel. This style pump came in 2 heel heights. This one is the lower heel height. The inside heel to toe measurement is 10.125". This style did seem to run a little small and is more similar to a US size 7.5. This shoe came from Saks in Beverly Hills and comes with its original box and dust covers.
