NWT Michael Kors Black Layered Skirt Sz 0 I am not a size 0, and I never was. But this skirt fit me. It has an elastic band and stretches a little, but it’s a comfy size 0. It is lined because it is very thin, and each layer is shear. I just don’t see me wearing it because of its length and my general hatred of my legs. MEASUREMENTS (taken inside out): Waist: 30” (unstretched) Hips: 40” Overall length: 15” I do combine shipping, but I don’t accept returns.
